Following customer feedback, the HS2 search has been improved. It now covers a larger area of 5kms and includes an OS map.

The map pinpoints the exact location of the property in relation to the High Speed rail link and highlights rail features including tunnels and viaducts.

Providing additional reassurance and peace of mind the report answers key questions such as:

• How close is the property to the proposed line?
• How will the route affect the property?
• Is the route in a tunnel, in a cutting, at ground level or on a viaduct?
• What is the distance between the property and features like tunnels?

The report is supplemented by an OS map that highlights the property, the line, approximate distances and features.

The search costs £15 + VAT for commercial and residential properties.
